At Camping Haven Shop, we strive to ensure your camping gear reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature or for hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Air Pumps
- Breathable and PE Groundsheets
- Breathable and PVC Groundsheets
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to: Camping Haven Shop, 565 Amber Isle, Alameda, US 94501.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the returned product is received. Note that you are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
