At Camping Haven Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and procedures.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature or for hygiene reasons. These include:

- Breathable and PE Groundsheets
- Breathable and PVC Groundsheets
Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address:

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned product. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item and the shipping costs of the new item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
